Thanks for your encouraging words. What works best for me in these situations is not to focus on the quality of the model but just the joy of the building process. That way I do not get hung up on a particular stage, trying to make it "perfect", but instead I try to keep some momentum in the build.

And conversely my quality does go up because, like every skill, modelling goes best if you do it often.

I was finally cleared by the doctor to carry heavy stuff again. To celebrate I carried my compressor to the bench and put on the final colour: yellow. In this case, Tamiya thinned with Gunze Mr self levelling laquer thinner.

The masking came of quite good. I will have to do a few touch ups but not much.

Definitely, just a few decals and no weathering on this experimental glider. I do have to (re)attach some PE pieces.
