1:48 Dassault Etendard IV P

Post by Cherrylock »

it is the old Heller kit, but I like the old one, simple to build but nice one in the collection. It is the more modern camo of the french navy, and it is the reccee version with the cameras on the nose and fuselage
build OOB with only some PE parts for the seat

Oh that looks good! What paints did you use for this one? How does this kit go together?

thanks Stik and Kenny
Revell Enamel 76/79, MIG cold gray wash and rust brown wash, oil color in black, gray and brown, flat coat from Revell

the fit, it is a old kit, some filler is nessesary and grinding, not to much but it is mot Tamiya, when you build the kit it does not look very nice but with color it works I think

Cherry, thanks for that information. I’m hope mine turns out as beautifully as yours when I do get around to building it someday. A very good looking aircraft.
