Re: 1/48 Eduard Bf109G-6 Double Chevron
Haven't gone out yet, Kenny. Fishing is tomorrow. I painted some new lures to try out for the season opener...

They’re beautiful. I’d eat those.

Nice work on those lures John. I'm a bass guy too. Tournament fished for 25 years
Re: 1/48 Eduard Bf109G-6 Double Chevron
Thanks guys! The new lures didn't work out. The fish weren't interested in the bigger lures so we ended up using smaller stuff to get the majority of our fish. We ended up with 54 bass between the two of us.

Make more models!
Re: 1/48 Eduard Bf109G-6 Double Chevron
Thank you!
I sealed the wheel wells with tissue paper moistened with water.

The model was given a coat of primer (Mr Surfacer 1200 thinned with lacquer thinner).

The panel lines were pre-shaded first.

Using the same thinned black, I applied a random mottle to the entire model. I am taking a break after covering most of the bottom.

Really nice work John,
Dampened tissue is one of my go to methods as well.
