That’s a good photo Bruce. My only beef with restorations is.... that they are restorations. You have no idea how faithfully they were restored to the original. Old school wiring with its fabric coating or modern wiring covered in plastic/vinyl, zip ties for the bundles, etc.

I used wiring strands from speaker cables and little sections of brass tubing to create wiring harnesses that go in the 262 wheel bay. I tried to match the molded resin wiring.

I am continually blown away by the way in which you guys Zen-out with this stuff, and bring it to life.

I have a lot of stuff to learn and work to do. And I’m also enjoying the Hell out of this build log, Bruce. You e really got something special cooking here. Not just the build either, but also the ideas being shared and discussed.

The radio boxes look really good in place. Good idea to put some detail in this area since it will be very visible under the bubble canopy.
