When I get the resin cockpit for my 1/24 Harrier GR.3 I'll post some pictures of that - it should be HUGE also!
I’ll certainly do my best. I’m going to experiment with paint chipping inside here also. That should be interesting.

And yes sir, please do post it! I’d love to see it!

Paint Chipping - something I've never tried but would love to - I'll be watching!

An illustration of why I like 1/32... so much real estate on that cockpit! How are you planning on doing the paint chips? Hair Spray? Sponge? Pencil/paint? Salt? Liquid Masking? So many different ways!

Good question, John!

I’m considering hairspray for some spots, and salt for others. Just to test it out. I’ll take what I learn here and do it on a bigger level on the Corsair if it’s successful.

I am interrupting my regularly-scheduled Stuka Build update to bring you this special bulletin!

Tomorrow’s the last day of school where Mrs. Kenny X teaches. Every year they do a big pep rally at the end of school where they honor all the kids who kicked ass academically and with their art (she teaches at an arts academy). There’s always a theme. Last year it was Star Wars. This year- American History. And all the teachers get to wear costumes for the rally.

My wife was having trouble thinking-up a costume. I suggested Amelia Airhart, and she liked the idea! So that’s who she dressed-up as. I had her get a photo so I could post it here, figured you guys would get a kick out of it.

Ooooh! What a great shot!!

And Nosir, I didn’t see one. Good thing mine is entombed! I couldn’t live with that badge not being on there now that I know one’s supposed to be!

:-D

Those are those annoying small details that no one would ever pay attention to...
Only the one knows it should be there would find it annoying not being there ! :-D
