I love this sequence so much I had to make a gif... love the bounce!

I’ve had a night or two at the Tiki Bar that we’re a lot like that.

My ex's grandfather remembers seeing F-4U's with minor damage (broken landing gear, damaged wing fold etc) being bulldozed off the side of the runway, and kiwi mechanics swarming the discarded aircraft for parts lol.
You can learn all the math in the 'Verse, but you take a boat in the air that you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurtin' 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

You can wait for supply to provide, or cannabalize the wrecks on hand...

I can’t afford the 1:32 version. But I’ve been having so much fun with this one that I ordered another one for the stash.

Thank you!! We’re making progress, little by little!

Tamiya did a nice job with how they engineered the wings. The roots won’t need any fills, and the outer portions attach with the help of spars which not only secures them, the angle for the dihedral “just works” without any fussing, seems like.

VROOM!!! Indeed!

I’m gonna let this paint set up and then clear coat it later tonight. Then do a wash tomorrow.
