That is a fine way to relax... although I prefer a bit stronger stuff to beer most of the time. When I had my own work room man cave, a bottle of bourbon was usually in arms reach for sipping and relaxation purposes near my work bench. Not to much to cloud the kind and eye while working...

And now back to our Vampire build!

Colors applied over the primered PE

now I need to mask the canopy and get that in place next...

Carlos, I myself enjoy a nice Bourbon from time to time. I like Knob Creek, but what Bourbon another man likes is his business and I respect it. I do not presume to tell another fella what Bourbon to drink.

I will say that I’m happy to see this Vanpire coming along so well, and I enjoyed this update.

Cheers!

I have yet to meet a bourbon that I didn’t like. Of course certain aspects of my past and traditions with those guys have steered me towards good ole Jim Beam. But my middle daughter’s boyfriend has the wonderful habit of getting in my good graces and has brought me several fine bourbons as gifts. Not bad for a former Marine. :giggles:

My poison of choice is Jack Daniels, although I've been tapping Maker's Mark lately. It helps a bit. Still, I haven't tapped anything for quite some time now....except for Nyquill. :giggles:

Paint work is looking great Carlos! This is coming a long well.

Thank you Mark. I am happy to have this one rolling again, although I did get a bit sidetracked over the past 24 hours. Sometimes that happens when I stare at my shelves. Makers Mark is good stuff. Jack and I are quite well acquainted also...

I have the canopy all masked up now... and I applied some clear glue to the gun sight.

I’ll get photos of the sight up once the clear glue has dried.

Tamiya tape and a sharp xacto knife... I need to get some of their new curved tape for the compound curves like here. Do the edging, then fill in the middle and it’s easy...
