Nice work! It also looks like a number of the cars on our county.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Hey, good morning! So I decided to make the car a Mk II modified from a Mk I and chose the 1966 Daytona winner because weathering the car and adding details such as cardboard covering the front headlights (and held down with black duct tape) really appeals to me.

Bad news.

I just discovered there is a rear tire missing from the kit—I just spent an hour looking around eBay to see if there was a 1/16 Revell/AMT/MPC donor kit tire available. The only possibility is a pair of fronts from an AMT Shelby Daytona kit. However, the kit is expensive! (60 bucks)
