Another post another project...
Well not really, but sometimes it feels that way. I've been working off and on on the Tiger hobbies F-5C that I started a while back...
This is where I was...
And this is where I am now...
OK so it doesn't look like much progress, but I've been working on this one slowly and enjoying the process along the way. So far I've sorted out the seams around the fuselage. As this is a sort run kit the fit wasn't the best, not the worst maybe but still needed some filler and a fair bit of rescribing.
I've also fitted the intakes and the bottom fuselage part. the fit of these parts was horrible and there was at least a 1mm gap in places. I've slowly filled it with stretched sprue, liquid cement and a LOT of sanding. There were a few niggles here and there that I've given a dab of filler.
I've also had to fill and sand the top of the coming, but it looks OK now. Ignore the non-standard cockpit painting.
I've also had an issue with some panels at the rear, but I need to take some more pictures.
Cheers and thanks for checking in.
