I have to find "Black One". So far I've had no issues myself....

Found it. It made sense, but I could not find anything. I copied the text to Word, deleted everything on the post, added it back piece by piece and tested it. It all worked fine. There must have been a hidden character somewhere.

Ventura Mk. II RAF Revell 1/48

Post by LyleW »

I decided to start another thread.

One of the last things I managed to do was break the tail wheel.

Just finished surgery to cut out the panels and stub of the strut. Better pics when I find the camera...these were done with the one on the computer.

I had ordered a replacement from Revell back when you could. I intended to use it to make a copy, but that isn't going to happen. IF I can find that box of items (mold material, casting material, tail wheel...) I'll try to put it all back together. Can't find it? I guess I'll swipe the one from the other Ventura kit I have.

Well, Merry Christmas to me!

Not only did I find the replacement parts, I found

Several kits I did not know I had
4 bottles of Tamiya thinner
charger for my Dewalt drill
Seven gypsies and
well, let's just stop at that.

It’s amazing what turns up when one cleans house.... :headslap:

...and that was just in two boxes. This could be exciting.
