PAINT TEST 1

Something was wrong with the jar of Gunze RLM 70, so I chose a Dark Green instead. Primer—Mr Surfacer 1500. “Shadow Green” oil wash on the hub!

:hmm:

I’m liking it so far...

Thanks, Carlos. The cowling is not glued together. It is being held together with a lump of kneaded eraser, actually. I still have two braces to make as well, but I needed to put the ideas together—and at least for me, using the "Shadow Green" is effective. Put enough on and it reads black. Back off and go transparent, and it reads green. The pigment is just so fine it makes my raggedy test sprays look alright. I am debating about using FAF markings as a friendly salute to Kari, and to try creating "silver dope" topped by "olive drab" as a "Finish Finnish."

Stir the pot... stir the pot... I am stirring my own pot.

I would go for it, sounds like it would be a bit of a challenge.
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

John, Go for it! I use an old SonicCare brush for polishing plastic.

Clint, Yes, indeed, I am definitely thinking about that. I am still on the fence about it, but I do like thinking about it. It's not quite a lead pipe cinch but it could soon be one. Thanks for your thoughts tonight. Sincerely.

Stuart, Thanks so much, bud. I have to do so more scratch building of braces but I know this is gonna work out, and make the kit look the part. A few simple upgrades and presto... now I just gotta decide which direction to take this scheme. Probably FAF.

Torben, Not quite “Badaboom!” yet, but it is good to have a goal. Sincerely. I am no longer on the fence about this change, so I have a question for the M-Droid (Moderator Droid) from a junior M-Droid—any way to efficiently do a global edit to change the subject of the thread to reflect a different aircraft besides going post by post?

Kari, Thank you so much and yes, yes I absolutely accept your assistance. Thank you, sir!

You ought to be able to go to the original post and edit the title there
"Surely I have made my meaning plain? I intend to avenge myself upon you, Admiral. I have deprived your ship of power, and when I swing 'round, I intend to deprive you of your life."
