It ain’t as bad as the swamp. We got that humidity to go with it.

I don’t go anywhere without mine! Bass get hella BUG out that way. And I’m banking on the fact that nobody out there uses a fly rod to over one the fishing pressure!

Ft Polk LA, summer 1986... humping while it’s hot and humid....

... badassery... and possibly misery, too. No pain, no gain! Hell of a photo, Carlos!
Make more models!

That's a cool picture! And a little bit special also, as the guys to the right are marching in the opposite direction than you.
If this would be a modernised picture from WW1, one could easily believe those other ones returning from the front..

Oh man. Closest I ever came to that -which is still lightyears behind that- is running the Zydeco Half Marathon two years ago. It was hot -but not that hot- and muggy as it always is. But all I had was a water bottle on me. This is some next-level, ‘nother universe stuff right here.

Told my physical therapy guy, "If you ever see me running, run faster. Something bad is happening behind me!".
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
