While the gun will cure until tomorrow... I jumped on the tools and did some serious brush painting.. The tools !

First some wood imitation with both acrylics and oil, not that satisfied..
Then the metallic parts with first Tamiyas X-10 "Gunmetal" and drybrushed with Tamiyas X-11 "Silver".
The "holders" are then painted either in "Earth yellow", "Light olive green" or "Red brown" to match the camouflage where they belong to on the tank.

The final touch & some corrections will come the day the entire weathering process will start for the "Black 212".
Unfortunately the carpet monster has secretely visited my bench.. The ax has disappeared mysteriously... :hmm:
And the crowbar is still untouched and attached on the sprue...

Nice job on painting the wood handles it really looks the part. Also the gun is looking good.
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

No, Carpet Monster! You cannot have this! Have you found the axe yet, Kari? (Is this not somewhat strange that the axe has disappeared?) I do hope you find this!

Not yet (I'm positive), but I just cannot understand where it is...
