Model Fiesta 38 Awards

I ended up going to my first model show in 3 years this last weekend which will somewhat explain my absence in the last week. I spent a lot of the week preparing for it in regards to touch ups and filling out the individual entry forms and stuff like that. The good news about waiting so long is that I was able to take 4 newer builds to the show. I ended up bringing home 3 awards.

My '56 Ford F-100 "Demon II" grabbed 1st Place in Street Machines:



The '41 Willys "Demon II" grabbed 1st Place in Street Rods:



and my '69 Camaro SS396 came in 2nd Place right behind my '56 Ford "Demon II" in Street Machines:

Bruce: LOL! I was in the hotel room wet sanding and polishing the hood after a repair that resulted in peeling the clear coat right off of the decals on the side of the hood. I had shot another gloss coat over the hood a few days prior and had to even out the coat where the damage was. Talk about last minute.
