Kenny, I sure don’t get bored watching your work. I know that we are all our own worst critics, but I will say that considering how recently that you have gotten into the hobby, your skill level has had an astounding rapid improvement. And your skills were quite fine as a novice. As the saying goes, Rome wasn’t built in a day. You are jumping in with both feet and running full speed in trying out all sorts of new techniques. I admire your ambitions in this, but don’t be afraid for those stumbles that will invariably happen. Don’t take them too hard. Learn from them and move forward, incorporating what you have learned into the next one. You have got this.
"Surely I have made my meaning plain? I intend to avenge myself upon you, Admiral. I have deprived your ship of power, and when I swing 'round, I intend to deprive you of your life."

That’s what I felt, too. Only Carlos wrote that much more clearly! My brain is mushy right now.

Bruce, you must be tired. You’re usually far more articulate than I am.
Kenny, you’re quite welcome.

Kenny, I think it's a smart - and somewhat bold - move to step up in scale and to work on one of the best model kits ever done by any manufacturer. Period.
Our member Matt McDougall built Tojo eats shit a few years ago. I think he nailed it, but that's of course subjectiv. Just have a look on his homepage doogsmodels.com.

We all play to our strengths... and you will definitely be more than capable of what you need to do. Good luck.
