Thank you so much, Stuart. I was careless enough to cause some very real pain which is taking a long while to repair itself. I use this as a reminder that good health should not be taken for granted. I also want to make sure I correctly repair any damage so a trip to the doctor is in order. I hope you are doing well!

It's all to easy to easy to be careless - I picked a 65kg road plate up the other week and strained some muscles in my chest and shoulder.

I'm not doing too badly, I'm sitting here trying to write my next blog post (A drive around North Wales) but it's not flowing very well. I seem to suffering from a bit of writers block this week but I'm sure it'll pass.
