I keep a ton of pictures. Particularly cars and trucks. I go to automotive show events a lot and I'm always getting ideas or if I get stumped on a scale build a lot of times I'll find my way through something on a 1:1 example. Always shooting pics. Drives my wife batty because she says I don't take enough pictures of the family.

Yes, Joe! I can relate. My phone is a mix of slot cars and Star Wars and WWII aircraft basically.

When thinking of my next muscle car/hot rod kit project, I usually find them in magazines or calendars.

I seem to hit this point every time, where the cockpit is just about done, and it is about time to get the rest of the engine done and move forward. However, my last job which lasted a year and a half is coming to an end this month, so I am applying for new jobs and retooling my old portfolio which I really needed to do anyway. In addition, I have a soft story earthquake retrofit and now a vertical copper repipe happening simultaneously to my apartment, so I packed away everything that was delicate, hid all of my tools since I have workers coming and going when I am not home and packed a bug out bag with clothes, cameras, batteries and a laptop and more batteries because home is just basically a bed at this point. I still can assemble weekly interviews to publish here and on Facebook, though—as well as a daily check in with all the builders I admire so much. You know who you are. I also am excited about having Bollleken build a 1/72 Red Devils “Deuce” as a commission to follow Duke’s Hellcat. So in a sense I am still open for business as a forum member and moderator—two roles I take seriously—but I am sad that my factories are closing for awhile. This is temporary. I will state that again: temporary.

March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

Yes, Clint—That’s exactly how this feels. I had a good run at work so there are no complaints, but I did get a touch complacent at work and that is not good. A good shark keeps swimming.
