Thanks fellas! Hopefully I'll be moving on to the landing gear and then the nose. After that comes the 004 engine detailing and install.

Joe! Amazing!!! The canopy framing... the cockpit... and now the beautiful camo! Proud of you! I feel I am looking at the way camouflage on Luftwaffe aircraft was done at the time, and you have worked your magic with a bit of fading effect. I think you should follow your instincts! Always. Congratulations!

Joe that is brilliant. Perfectly faded as these were not old aircraft anyway. They weren't around enough to be heavily faded, but were only 'sun-kissed' as pzl66 said. Once again, brilliant job! It looks like this is heading to the home stretch; looking forward to seeing more.

As far as the engine goes. I've got a lot of references on the Jumo 004.
