Always fun watching a build filled with aftermarket! It can be much more "dramatic" in terms of the potential for improvement contrasted with the possibility of not fitting or not working out in some way. And I'm not familiar with Meng aircraft kits so this one should be educational too!

So before starting a black priming, I removed some demold markings from the visible area.

Then the primer was applied. H12 by Mr Hobby.

Well before I applied the cockpit color H57 I checked the intakes. And unfortunately it really shows the bad issue I feard:
The bomb-bay wall is visible through the intakes. To be honest this is a bit disappointing for a relatively new mold.

Last step yesterday night, I airbrushed some very thin layers of H57 aircraft gray to the cockpit parts.
And here is the result :
To be honest, I doubt the fitting of the cockpit into the fuselage. But let's see.

Thanks Lyle. I am trying to do my best. I usually scratch a lot of details but Bruce deserves more than I could ever achieve.
