Wow!
This feels very you to me. The notes are: Chevrolet Camaro at the Texas Mile packing a supercharged 408ci LS and no aero mods, bad ass!

That's pretty dang cool as the Texas Mile is not that far from me down here in Corpus. From here to Victoria is probably 45 or so minutes. I've seen a lot of cool cars that go out there. I've got a video of a late 70's / early 80's Z/28 that I may put on here that's idling. Thing sounds craaazy wicked.

Go for it. Sounds are as swell as sights when it comes to cars, don't you think? I would dig it.

I'll see if I can load it today. It's a small video clip.
I did some more test fitting in the spare car body this morning. This time I fitted the interior and the firewall that I'm going to use and had some fit issues. It seemed that the upper part of the firewall was contacting the body at the corners which affected the vehicle stance dramatically!!! It sat waaaaaaaaaaaaay too high in the front so I had to clip the top corners of the firewall to allow the interior tub to sit further up into the body which brought my front end back down to where I wanted it.
In this picture the top lip of the firewall is now sitting snugly up against the body cowl. There
was around 3/16" between the two before the mod!! Still gotta install the master cylinder, brake lines and hook the heater hoses up and may run an electrical harness on there but we're getting closer every day................
Stance is
right where I want it now. A couple of shots with the grille in place:

Thanks Lyle and Carlos!
I got the spare Camaro kit in yesterday that had the extra grille that I was looking for. I've already spliced out a section of grille from what I had left over that's on the same side as the Z/28 emblem so I won't have the problem of mismatched grille patterns like I did before. We'll see how this all goes. Fingers crossed fellas..............

The surgeon is in the garage! Man those cuts look clean! What are you using to cut with, if I may ask? I am excited to see how you bring this all together, your mental game. P.S. I know some folks from Victoria, Texas, rancher folk with an artist kid, real amazing people, very kind and good.
