when you try to be a cutie pie, the modeling gods get angry. Popped the canopy off and found a nice crack under the tape. Put some future on that.. Stood it up on end and shook out both IPs, both control yokes, several "boxes".....and such. Much more than I thought. While not tedious as such, I will be going slowly along this repair.

Lyle, most important is that it can be repaired! Nothing is lost so far, maybe som etime and glue.
I for myself would step away from this kit for some time, maybe doing some work on another one. Or have a walk. Or see a movie. Time will tell when there is the Mojo flowing again.

I hate it when these setbacks happen - especially when you're going great guns.
I'm sure you'll get ti nailed back together though Lyle!

Yeah, there isn't much going on right now with this kit. I'm not good at having more than one going at a time. If I start another, this will be shelved. Babysitting a 3.5 year old is a bit time consuming as well. Got to see the new grandson, via Skype, today. He is a cutie.

Ah grandkids - great time wasters. congrats on the new one.
I agree with you on multiple builds - I tend to do the same. I'll put one aside for a while and then never get back to it.

Hmmm? Good question. Both, I suppose. It was certainly off in different areas. I hope I didn't muck up the panes of the canopy too much.
