Does your kit come with a small part on fuselage bottom underneath the rear edge of the canopy? It looks like a semi-circle in profile with a little pipe sticking out pointing rearward. Doing some research on my XIVe conversion, I noticed it on the plane that I am planning to model...
Just trying to figure out what it is and what it looks like so I can add it to my build.
Thanks John. I have to look at my kit tomorrow to check, but that detail does not look to be included. If it is, I'll post a photo.

It just might be John. Whatever it is, it is not included on this Academy kit. Nor on their Mk. XIVc.
Well, today I got the cockpit components installed and the fuselage closed up
and of course I had to do a test fit of the wings...
they are gonna fit real nice when I get them glued on

Today I did fuselage seam clean up, then glued the wings in place. The fit was excellent!
Later I added many of the remaining small bits that won't get broken off during painting.
I still need to add a few more small bits, plus dip the canopy in Future, mask it off, then glue it into place, but I'm just about ready to begin painting....
