yeah yeah! Im goin
Ive been working on a few projects at the start of the year there are 4 others on the bench right now!!
But I did get time to separate all the control surfaces. Im doing her with all the flaps down. Will have to scratch some cowling flaps though.
the control surfaces helpd create the wing shape in the kit, so with them removed, the wings were very flimsy. nothing a couple of sprue supports cant fix! Still have to figure out a wing spar

slowly, but surely I plod along!
I added some detail to the nacelles/gearbays, mostly to prevent a see-thru effect
and here is a test-fit of the resin additions, yes I caved. didnt want to scratchbuild two entire w-2800s.....
it seemed there was a bit of space up front that I could add some weight to...I wonder if this is enough?!

Those resin engines and cowlings will be a major improvement. Not sure about the weight in front of the main landing gear; the more up front the better. You made some good progress these days, Owl!

I fit as much as i could I'm the forward fuselage, but since i gave it a full interior there wasn't much room. I'll be splitting those sinkers between the two nacelles.
