Easier to ask forgiveness than permission.

That has been the mantra around my house for years...as well as at work. A length of hose should be fine. If you can put a small fan in the window, somehow ...even better.

The cold and heat is one of the reasons my workshop/garage/man cave has been undergoing renovation. Since my by-pass surgery last year, I've noticed I'm a lot less "weather resistant", so to speak!
My model building took a big hit, since I could only tolerate working out there either early in the morning during the summer, or if the temp was above 50F in the winter.
Now it's almost done. Just a little more insulation in the ceiling, and I'll be able to work year round!

Good deal, Joe. Welcome to the chest zipper club. I had mine installed in 2005. A double, but I got extra points since it was two of the three main arteries blocked at 100%! I figure if you are gonna do it, do it right.
My basement room is insulated, but not heated or cooled. The basement is a walk-out with about 1/2 of it below grade. My room is at grade, but with a couple of fans and a couple of space heaters, it was fine this year.

Thanks for the welcome, Lyle! Although this is my first zipper, I consider it an upgrade from the stents. I had accumulated 5 in the same artery that crosses the front of the heart, so the doc gave me 2 options, by-pass or 2 more stents. I've had heart problems since 2004, when I had a heart attack for no apparent reason. I was 36, in good health and no family history. Go figure.
For the record, I tell people I had the surgery to have my heart removed, so I could be a more efficient gov't employee.

Glad you are doing okay, now, Joe. Sounds like a tough time for a bit, huh?
