Yes. And it seems lots of midwestern states decorated it with heads of grain, but in different styles, to differentiate from eachother. Minnesota's is a bit different...Michigan..etc...

Stinking decal woes... So most Hill gray Phantoms have light gray codes on the gear doors such as this:
..which I have a ton of. But the Hooligans had to be different, and use black or dark gray? Like this:
...which I don't have. Can anyone raid their decal stashes and help out a fellow modeller. I also have a post in Buy/sell/trade.

Why I robbed them from the excellent Daco set for the Starfighter. They have a ton of useful plastic! I also robbed the travel pod from the set as well.

Aerobonus has a nice set in a few different scales. Or you can buy just the sprue that contains them from the Daco set. I know also Eduard's brassin set includes them.
