Yes you should!
I just use Eduards stuff, as I can easily stretch it abd therefore thought it would be good for sprue goo... but to be honest, not 100% any longer sure if that is a good thing. When pulling out that stuff from the "pot", it produces very thin, spider webbish strings.. Perhaps sprue that does not have "stretching capabilities" would be better ??
