Thank you so much, Mustang! Your reply is incredibly helpful, particularly about when to drill, i.e. before you paint; what I am learning sometimes, well often the hard way, is what happens when a plan of attack is developed on the fly versus with preparation. It's a great lesson overall; and it may seem self evident, but there are plenty of people I come in contact with who have no concern with the overall plan: only the moment. Balance is good.
Thanks again.

I built planes for years, but made the switch to automotive modeling back in late 14. It's been really tough to go back to aircraft but one thing's for sure, it's all plastic modeling and most all principles apply throughout the genres.
If you need any help along the way don't hesitate to ask bud. That's what we're all here for.

T R U T H. I dig what you wrote about it all being one: plastic or resin or rubber. I did a double or triple take when you referred to the Camaro dash as its "IP," but that's absolutely correct; I was just reading with "narrow gauge thinking" that this was a plane. There's a lot to learn from your builds!

We all have learning to do my friend. When I quit learning is when I'll stop modeling and believe me...............I've got ALOT to learn.

Okeedokee folks. I've got the alternator wiring harness and throttle return spring installed this morning. I've also been working on the heater hoses and retaining clamps for those.

Once again, fantastic work on the motor. With all that you've added, one is hard pressed to tell it apart from the real thing.

Well don't rush it for an arbitrary time deadline. The TLC that you're putting into the motor is obvious and should not be rushed.
