Ask and you shall receive....

So yesterday I airbrushed on a coat of Future overall before I went to work. When I got home last nite, I put on the decals...

Blink and you'll miss them... all two of them...

So now the tank is ready for weathering...

Today I started on the crew figures. The kit figure looks good in the drivers hatch... at least for now

Image

and I'm gonna use a couple of the Trumpter figures in the turret. They match the kit figure in stature, but are much better molded...

Image

Image

all three as I plan for now...

Time for washes and figure painting to begin tomorrow...

Just wait my friend. In a few more days I will do the "fancy" stuff... well for me and armor anyways...

It's coming. I only got in a few minutes of work this midday before work. So it will be Monday before I get a good bench session in... spare time is just not on my plate right now.

It’s comng along well. Life has gotten a bit in the way over the past few weeks so no bench time. Maybe I can get it wrapped up in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks Bruce. I finished up all four Trumpeter figures. And then it was time for paint. I was using Italeri (made by Vallejo) Flesh for a base color. Which went on perfectly fine on the Tamiya figure. But on the Trumpeter figures it began to bead up badly. So I cleaned it up before it dried and really screwed things up. Now I am looking at airbrushing on some Gunze Flesh (which hand brushed terribly in my experience) as soon as I have sufficient time. Probably on my upcoming days off.
