1/48 Hasegawa F-4D Phantom Air National Guard

This is my most current project. I've wanted to make a ANG Phantom from my home state of North Dakota for awhile now, and finally gathered up most of the bits and started this about 3 weeks ago. I chose the Hase kit over the newer Academy cause I hate chameleon plastic and the cost of the kit is redonkculus...but I didnt' want the old raised panel line Hase kit. So I kitbashed using the recessed detailed F-4J kit. All I need from the old Hase F-4D kit is the front main gear door, pylons, and some antennas. Heres' the goodies:

I had to order at least 3 different decal sheets just to get some generic markings codes, ANG badge and ribbon specific to North Dakota, along with the infamous Happy Hooligans logo.

Here's a list of the goodies:
Aires cockpit
Eduard Brassin wheels and exhaust
Hypersonic models unslotted stabs
Caracals decals, Afterburner decals, Xtradecals, and Kitsworld stencils.
Montex canopy masks
Various weapons from Hasegawa sets
Here's the beatiful Hypersonic stabs:

And some ref pics:

I'll be doing a Hill Gray scheme with the black radome. No chin pod needed.
Here's my progress so far:
Removing the Navy's wheel bumps and rescribing:

Started fitting the resin pit:

More to come soon...
