1/48 Revell A-10

Been building this for my co-teacher who as an MP at Bagram guarded these beasties...going to do a 75th FS scheme...nearly ready for paint!

Nice! I like the A-10.....a lot.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Thanks guys! Painted the underside yesterday- using Humbrol for the first time. Not sure if the mix was off or what- I am not used to using enamels- but it was a challenge to get a solid coat down. Got to look up the proper ratio of thinner to paint...

Thanks for looking gents--nearly done with the paint work-- but the seam near the tail somehow split so I had to fill with some homemade putty and hopefully sand it down to nothing and retouch the paint...
