1:48 Hansa-Brandenburg D.1

Post by Cherrylock »

this is Eduard kit from 1994, short run with a PE cockpit (no plastic part!!), Eduard has leard a lot since this time, so this kit was not easy.
the D.1 was a austro-hungarien fighter, a fast plane but not a good fighter at all, the only one I know with this kind of struts

What a special looking bi-plane, looking good CL !

From 1994, must be one of Eduards first kits ??

That is a cool looking build! And yes, those early Eduard kits are not for the faint hearted... modeling skill required!

Cherrylock!

That is a special build amongst many of your builds, I think not only of the kit but the way you approach its construction! Bravo!!!

Hmmm... wood wing struts instead of rigging? Interesting....
