Picked up this snap-tite a while back out of nostalgia. I used it as a test mule for 2K polyurethane automotive clear coat. It comes in a gallon can plus a can of activator. I've seen some awesome finishes and that's what the folks were using. So, didn't spend a lot of time on the kit itself and I also tried printed decals for the first time as well since the kit only came with stickers. Thumbs up on the 2K clear coat. The pics don't do justice to the shininess of the finish - probably white isn't the best demonstration color. Anyhow here's Speed's Mach5 - my first of 2022.
That rocks! I built the Polar Lights one and it didn't look that good! I couldn't get my white to look that clean to save my life!
Way to go man!

We are modelers - the same in spirit, in hunger to insanely buy newly released kits, hustlers in hiding our stash from our better halves and experts in using garbage as replacements for after-market parts.
Hell yes!!!! One of my favorite shows when I was a kid! Certainly my favorite one on after school! Always puts a smile on my face to see a Mach 5

Does the video show up for you guys? It does not in my iPad or phone…
