Now, that is an odd duck. Never heard anything at all on this. Looks a bit like a DC=3/c-46 hybrid fuselage. Wonder what could have been?
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

This one only missed the Comet's first flight by 13 days and actually flew, Avro Canada C 102.
