Two V-8s end to end... :hmm: Detroit Diesel for a big tractor rig? Maybe road construction equipment? That's a tough question, Lyle! :tease:

Thats a 71 series? Detroit desiel 2 stroke v16?

Im not good with engines but a quick googles turned up a 16V-71.

Earlier inline models were used in the landing craft on D-day. The V models came in in the 50s and were used primary for big rigs, RV's, busses etc. Long hall highway vehicles.
You can learn all the math in the 'Verse, but you take a boat in the air that you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurtin' 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Not a big rig, bus, etc. but I think you are headed in the right direction. Not military, either.

My guess is based off the color of your plastic which is AMT yellow to my mind—
