VMX 2025

Post by Medicman71 »

So I forgot to post this the other day. I entered the Modellers Without Borders first VMX (virtual model expo) back in August. I entered the Jeep, a Gundam, one of the Super Hornets and the Viper. It's taken a while to get the results because they got more models than they thought. The Gundam didn't place, don't know about the Jeep yet. With the two jets, they'd pick one of the two for the contest. I found out earlier this week that I got a Silver in Intermediate Aircraft with the Super Hornet. I was blown away and I can now say that I've placed in aircraft finally!!!

Bravo, Mike! I’ve published this to SPA Modeler’s Facebook and to Oldie and Goldie’s also on Facebook. Great job. Much deserved win.
Make more models!

Congratulations Mike! That's a well earned award! I tried to enter s few models but I couldn't get any pics the size and quality they needed so I abstained. Maybe next year.

That came out looking super sharp Mike! Do you have any more photos of this from different angles to show off more of your work?

Congratulations Mike. I remember that build - you did two F-18s at the same time IIR. One was missing a dorsal/spine decal?
Anyhow - great job and well deserved :shoutout:
Thanks,
John
