I will share some pics from my 3 Bearcats, most Bearcats have the Navy dark sea blue over all, so this aircraft is not so attractive for modelers. The south vietnames air force has some in alu and with modern rocket pods. The yellow wing is fron China Lake weapon test, to integrate the HVAR rockets on the wings for the later cats.

The Testors kit has only poor details, the academy is a nice and normal detailed kit with good fit and some nice decals (blue angels, french indochina, navy..). Never build the hobbyboss kit, so I can not say if it is a better one.
