The wire is a big (little) improvement!

Here are the wings that have been given a wash and the panel lines and rivets re-done where necessary.

Dry-fitting the wings and horizontal stabilizers to the fuselage... no issues spotted.

With the fuselage work being largely complete, it is time to glue the cockpit into place. First the instrument panel (I decided to use the resin panel vs. the photoetch one).

Using JB Kwik Weld 2-part epoxy, I secured the MDC cockpit into place.

Cleaning up the rear sill will be the next order of business.

The pit sure does look nice in place.
March as one, Don't look back
Odin's sons... Attack!
Unleash hell! Do not repent! Warfare grants us no lament
Let your weapons slash and tear This is no place for fear
Hold the lines! Move as one! In unity our victory's won
Our shields will form a mighty wall
United we shall never fall

Thanks Clint!
Damian at Scale Ordnance Works was kind enough to send me a set of his resin/metal-core landing gear for this build.

I installed the rear sill insert with the battery box. The rear sill has been painted but not yet weathered.

I'm waiting for a few more aftermarket bits to dress up the wheel wells so I don't want to get too far ahead of myself. Just checking out the cockpit with the Revi 16B gun sight in place...

i see it, but i don't believe it. Wow. that looks great!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Makes you want to shrink yourself and hop in, doesn’t it?
