It would be cool to have some older builds. Alas I don't have ANYTHING from before my move two years ago.

I've acquired a few auto kits from my youth years and still looking for more. Warlock is one re-release recently I'm planning on getting.

Found the time to repair whatever broke off on “most” of my older kits from my teen years this morning.

The Viking is missing two gear doors on one side, the F-15E Eagle is missing a tail rudder (didn’t find it emptying the box filled with packing peanuts), and still had leftover parts from God only knows what it came off of. I triple checked what I had and none of them were missing what the extra parts came off of. Oh well…they’ll go in my aircraft spare parts bin.

I did find find the missing wheel to the Bronco aircraft kit though. :lashed:

The F-14A Tomcat is finally hung on my ceiling. The kit was originally was on plastic stand in my teen years.

I wanted to hang it in a bank angle, wings tucked in.

Way to go Tom! It's always fun to look back on childhood models to see how far one has come. I still have almost all my childhood models; that accounts for my completed model count. I'll have to re-take pictures of those since the original digital pics were erased by my wife inadvertently some years back.

I still have a few early builds including a very early one that I have build "with" my late grandfather. He actually did all the building, I was 5 (probably) and was just at the table watching what he what doing. But he let me present it to the family. He really got me started with modelling and taught me the basics.

It is great to see your early builds, I hope you have just as fond memories of those builds a I have with mine. It is nice to have memento's.
