Thanks on the book suggestion, Thud Ridge. Will try to scoop around and see if one is on the market. Sounds like an out-of-print book.

Nathant - I've seen the box content of HB version. The box is full of plastic and I even noticed that the fuselage came in four pieces.

Jim - I have a couple of old Revell-Monogram, and Hasegawa kits waiting in line or in current progress to be completed. I'll post my complete 1/48 Revell F-101B hopefully tomorrow, and another 1/84 Revell F-84F down the line, maybe before April is over *fingers crossed.

Monty, that is one beautiful Thud! My favorite Vietnam aircraft, bar none. Like several others here have mentioned, I read "Thud Ridge" as a youngster, and that started me on my affair with that bird. I have seen them up close and personal at a few air shows and museums, but unfortunately never have seen one fly in person... Excellent work sir!
