CA all the way???

I am primarily a Tenex/Plastiweld user and absolutely love the stuff! I will occasionally use CA for PE or super small parts that I want secured quickly and will add a small drop of accelerator to it to speed up the process. I do know of a fellow model builder here locally that only uses CA for his entire builds and they look amazing. He says the only time he has experienced issues with the build is when he has stored completed kits in a room that is not temp controlled, such as his garage.
I feel its like anything in this hobby/art, if you find something that works for you or you prefer, stick with it.

yeah, Ive used super glue for an entire build. Back in te dorms, the liquid gues were too smelly, and I was othen difficult to get out to the hobby store by bus. So, I used super glue that I could get at the student union.

I'd just run a thin bead along one fuselage side at a time, and tried not to get finger prints everywhere!! Let things sit for an hour or so, and you are ready to sand away! Its also very handy for scratchbuilding and getting tricky fits to stay together.
