I got this kit from a friend a few years ago when he was returning from Seoul. He asked what I wanted and I said 'get me the R/M Voodoo!" So that's what he got me. He game me the parts, instruction sheet, and decals in a Ziplock, while the box was flattened.
This is my 8th model build while away living in Surabaya for the last 11 month. I am really happy that I could be as productive away from my desk as if was in my own home.

The only regret was that I didn't work on the kit sooner. I realized that the decals were dying when I was working on the decals. the "U.S. Air Force" came off in smaller pieces and I was in despair. I took hours just meddling with it, though eventually I finally got it right. lots of lots of patience. Another problem was the raised panel lines that just got into the way of of the decals. There were air trapped air everywhere and the decal solution was not helping much.

Finally, I did get some help from my trusty 'lacquer thinner' treatment which just 'melts' the decals into its place. I rarely use it, but at desperate moments like this, its the only way to go for me.
